3.1 The “Perfect Fit” Guarantee
We want every piece you buy to feel like it was made for your home. If a product doesn’t fit your space or style as expected, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Eligibility for Returns
To maintain the quality of our curated collection:
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in “as-new” condition.
- Non-Returnable: Custom-made furniture or personalized decor pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
- Fragile Items: Mirrors, glassware, and ceramics must be checked upon delivery. If damaged, they must be reported immediately.
3.3 Damaged in Transit
Home decor can be delicate. If your order arrives broken:
- Contact studio@nestnooks.store within 24 hours.
- Provide a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box.
- We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
3.4 Refund Timeline
Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via bank transfer or your original payment method.
